1. Introduction

Welcome to Truth & Social Media. By accessing our website, submitting information, or using our services — including PR, strategic communication, digital media solutions, podcast production, event management, and online data-driven services — you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) and Truth & Social Media (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You agree to comply with them,

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

3. Definitions

Services – PR, strategic communication, media management, digital marketing, podcast production, event execution, consultations, etc.
Client – Any individual or business hiring TSM.
Content – Text, images, videos, strategies, documents, digital assets, etc.
Platform – Website, online tools, forms, email systems, CRM systems.

4. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old,

  • Legally capable of entering into contracts,

  • Using the services for lawful business or personal purposes.

5. Services Provided by Truth & Social Media

TSM provides, but is not limited to:

  • Public Relations (PR)

  • Strategic Communication

  • Media Outreach & Coordination

  • Digital Media Creation

  • Podcast Production & Distribution

  • Event Planning, Coordination & Execution

  • Brand Positioning & Narrative Development

  • Reputation Building

  • Social Media & Creative Services

  • Influencer & Talent Collaboration

  • Online Personal Data Collection & Insights

TSM reserves the right to:

  • Add or remove services anytime,

  • Modify service features at its discretion.

6. No Guarantee of Media Coverage

While we strive for maximum exposure, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Media coverage cannot be guaranteed,

  • Editors, journalists, influencers, and platforms make independent decisions,

  • TSM is not responsible for their responses, delays, rejections, or changes.

This applies to:

  • News publications

  • Digital magazines

  • Podcasts

  • Influencers

  • TV/radio media

  • Event partner placements

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals on time,

  • Ensure necessary rights (copyright, licenses) for content submitted,

  • Respond promptly to Truth & Social Media requests,

  • Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, unethical, or defamatory activity.

Truth & Social Media is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Late submissions,

  • Incomplete information,

  • Client approvals not provided on time.

8. Project Timelines & Delivery

Timelines depend on:

  • Scope of work

  • Availability of media outlets

  • Production timelines

  • Event dates

  • Third-party schedules

TSM may adjust timelines where necessary.
No project is considered “active” until advance payment is received.

9. Payments, Billing & Fees

All services must be paid according to the agreed quotation or proposal.

Payment Terms

  • 100% upfront advance (non-refundable unless Truth & Social Media cancels the project)

  • Remaining amount before final delivery

  • Late payments may incur fees

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited

Refund Policy

Truth & Social Media does not offer refunds for:

  • PR coverage outcomes

  • Media rejections

  • Creative dissatisfaction after approvals

  • Event cancellations caused by client delays

  • Work already completed or initiated

Price Revisions

TSM may update pricing anytime for future projects.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Owned by Truth & Social Media:

  • Strategies

  • Reports

  • Formats

  • Systems

  • Processes

  • Creative concepts

  • Designs (unless purchased by client)

  • Website content

  • Training materials

  • Brand templates

Owned by Client:

  • Their logos, brand assets, personal content

  • Data provided during onboarding

Client grants TSM the right to use delivered work for:

  • Portfolio showcase

  • Case studies

  • Social media posts

  • Presentations
    Unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

11. Use of Client Media & Testimonials

By engaging us, the Client agrees Truth & Social Media may use:

  • Project results

  • Screenshots

  • Testimonials

  • Media placements

  • Event photos

  • Podcast snippets

For promotional purposes, unless written objection is provided.

12. Confidentiality

Truth & Social Media maintains strict confidentiality of:

  • Client data

  • Strategies

  • Internal communication

  • Business documents

However, Truth & Social Media may disclose information if required by:

  • Law

  • Court order

  • Government authority

  • Necessary to protect rights and safety

13. Data Collection & Privacy

Truth & Social Media collects data through:

  • Contact forms

  • Newsletter forms

  • Event registrations

  • Analytics tools

  • Cookies

Data may be used for:

  • Communication

  • Internal improvements

  • PR insights

  • Service updates

  • Marketing (with consent)

TSM does not sell personal data to third parties.

14. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

TSM is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, including:

  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • WhatsApp

  • Email providers

  • Zoom/Meet

  • Media outlets

  • Podcast platforms

  • Event vendors

  • Payment gateways

Their policies, changes, bans, outages, or decisions are outside TSM’s control.

15. Event Management Disclaimer

For event services, the Client acknowledges that:

  • Venue availability, vendor timings, and third-party coordination may vary,

  • Weather, travel delays, or unforeseen conditions may disrupt plans,

  • TSM is not liable for losses arising from natural calamities, venue issues, or vendor failures unless explicitly contracted.

16. Limitation of Liability

Truth & Social Media shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Media/editorial decisions

  • Platform suspension or algorithm changes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Event disruptions caused by external factors

  • Creative dissatisfaction after approval

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

17. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Truth & Social Media harmless from claims related to:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Misuse of content provided by client

  • Defamation due to client material

  • Misleading or false information provided by client

  • Breach of Terms by the client

18. Termination of Services

TSM may terminate services if:

  • The client engages in unethical activities

  • Payments are not made

  • Abuse or misconduct occurs

  • Terms are violated

  • False information is provided

No refunds are issued for termination due to client misconduct.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh (UP) unless mutually agreed otherwise.

20. Modifications to Terms

Truth & Social Media may revise these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
